If you're experiencing a bug, something isn't loading, or the app isn't behaving as expected, drop us an email and we'll look into it. Please include your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings in the app. If you need help with your account, want to request a copy of your data, or have any questions about how we handle your information, get in touch.
Instinct provides enrichment suggestions based on your dog's breed and age. If you have concerns about whether an activity is suitable for your dog, please consult a qualified veterinarian or certified behaviourist. We're happy to answer questions about any of the drives in the app.
